This isn't a job where you stand around waiting to be told what to do. We're looking for someone who likes working with their hands, takes pride in the finished product, and isn't afraid of a hard day's work. You do not need to be a crew leader . You do need to show up ready to work, learn our system, and become someone the rest of the crew can count on. What You'll Be Doing You'll work alongside our installation team installing high-quality garage and concrete floor coating systems throughout Southwest Florida.

Your day may include:

Diamond grinding and preparing concrete Operating grinders, vacuums, and other surface-prep equipment Repairing cracks, spalls, and damaged concrete Mixing and applying epoxy coatings Broadcasting decorative flake Scraping and cleaning broadcast floors Mixing and applying polyaspartic clear coats Moving equipment and materials Maintaining a clean and organized jobsite Loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment Helping the crew complete jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality Who We're Looking For Floor coating or concrete experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. More important to us is that you: Show up on time — every time Work hard without needing someone constantly pushing you Pay attention to details Take pride in doing things correctly Can follow a proven installation process Work well as part of a crew Are comfortable working in Florida garages and outdoor conditions Can perform physically demanding work throughout the day Have reliable transportation Have a valid driver's license Are willing to learn and improve Experience That Gets Our Attention Experience with any of the following is a major plus: Epoxy Polyaspartic Concrete coatings Concrete grinding Painting Flooring Construction Surface preparation If you've already installed decorative flake flooring professionally, we definitely want to hear from you.
