$1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a skilled shower installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, demonstrating proficiency in various tasks related to shower installations. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. The Installer will work closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. An assigned \"helper\" will float between the jobs. A Day in the Life Arriving at the warehouse in the morning Loading materials for the current job Discussing updates with the Project Manager regarding current or upcoming projects Delivering materials to the project site Setting up protective coverings such as drop cloths and moving blankets on vanities and toilets Performing demolition down to the studs and subfloor of the bathroom Adapting supply lines and discharge pipes for drains Installing waterproof backerboard Installing shower panels and accessories Completing trim and finish carpentry in the wet area Cleaning the bathroom upon project completion Ensuring customer satisfaction and obtaining signatures for the close-out packet Disposing of all trash and debris Returning to the warehouse to return tools and any extra materials Requirements Proven experience in construction or related fields is essential Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with construction management principles and practices Experience in various installation techniques including shower doors Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Join our team as an Installer where your skills will contribute significantly to our projects' success.
