Full-Time About the Position Key Screening & More LLC is looking for a highly experienced and dependable Screen Enclosure Installer to join our growing team. We are looking for an experienced aluminum professional who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and can complete screen enclosure projects safely, efficiently, and professionally. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced installer looking for stable, year-round work and a long-term position with an established screen enclosure contractor. Responsibilities Install aluminum pool and screen enclosures Install screen rooms, lanais, doors, gutters, and structural aluminum components Perform enclosure repairs, modifications, and upgrades as needed Read and understand engineering plans and construction drawings Perform accurate field measurements and project layouts Install posts, beams, gutters, doors, screen, fasteners, anchors, and related components Safely work from ladders, scaffolding, and elevated work areas Identify and troubleshoot field installation issues Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites Properly care for company equipment and customer property Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, inspectors, and other trades Complete projects according to company standards and applicable Florida construction requirements Required Qualifications Minimum 10 years of professional screen enclosure/aluminum installation experience Extensive experience building and installing pool screen enclosures Strong knowledge of aluminum construction and installation methods Ability to read engineering plans and construction drawings Ability to perform layouts, measurements, and field calculations Ability to work independently and as part of a professional installation crew Must have own professional hand tools required for the trade Must have reliable transportation Valid driver's license with a good driving record Must be able to meet company background-check and driving requirements Dependable, punctual, and reliable Strong work ethic and good character Professional appearance and communication skills Strong attention to detail and quality Good field problem-solving abilities Ability to safely perform physically demanding construction work Must follow company safety procedures Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits $57,600-$72,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications Full-time, year-round employment Supplemental insurance benefits 401(k) benefits Opportunities for advancement Stable workload with an established and growing company Who We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced screen enclosure installer who doesn't need to be taught the fundamentals of the trade.
