Position Summary The Polyaspartic Floor Coating Installer is responsible for preparing concrete surfaces, operating grinding equipment, repairing cracks and imperfections, and installing premium floor coating systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality finishes. Responsibilities Perform concrete surface preparation using grinders, shot blasters, and other specialized equipment Repair cracks, spalls, and surface defects Mix and apply polyaspartic coating systems Broadcast decorative flake systems and apply topcoats Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Operate equipment responsibly Communicate professionally with customers and team members Complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards Crew leads are required to have a truck capable of towing a 7k double axel trailer. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience installing polyaspartic, polyurea, or epoxy floor coating systems Experience with concrete grinding and surface preparation Ability to lift 70+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and positive attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience with residential garage floor coating systems Commercial and industrial flooring experience Knowledge of moisture testing and concrete repair techniques Experience operating planetary grinders and dust collection systems We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Performance bonuses and advancement opportunities Full-time, year-round work Paid training and professional development Company-provided tools and equipment Supportive team environment Compensation Crew Lead
