Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epoxy Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality epoxy flooring and related building materials across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces with durable, aesthetically pleasing epoxy surfaces, ensuring safety and longevity. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and applying primers to ensure optimal epoxy adhesion Mix epoxy resins and hardeners accurately according to manufacturer specifications Apply epoxy coatings using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to achieve smooth, even finishes Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to execute precise installations Ensure all building material installation complies with safety standards and project specifications Perform water damage restoration, floor refinishing, caulking, fixture installation, and other related tasks to support comprehensive restoration projects Requirements Proven experience in epoxy floor installation and general flooring installation Strong knowledge of construction estimating and interpreting technical drawings Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, buffing equipment, and other relevant construction tools Ability to handle manual tasks safely while working on construction sites or during building renovations Prior experience with building installation safety compliance and adherence to industry standards Familiarity with construction plans, remodeling processes, water damage restoration, and flooring refinishing techniques Construction site experience with a focus on quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly during projects Join us in delivering top-tier flooring solutions that stand the test of time!
