The Closet Lab We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and hardworking Closet Installation Helper to assist our lead installers with custom closet and storage system installations. Responsibilities Assist the lead installer with closet installations. Load and unload closet materials, panels, shelves, drawers, hardware, and tools. Help carry materials into customers' homes, apartments, and job sites. Assist with assembling and installing shelves, cabinets, drawers, rods, and accessories. Use basic hand and power tools, including drills, screwdrivers, levels, and measuring tapes. Help verify measurements and organize materials before installation. Keep the work area clean and organized during and after the installation. Assist with removing existing shelving or closet components when necessary. Follow installation instructions and safety procedures. Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while working inside customers' properties. Requirements Must be reliable and punctual. Must be able to lift and carry heavy materials. Must be comfortable using ladders and basic tools. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Good attention to detail. Willingness to learn. Previous experience in closet installation, cabinetry, carpentry, construction, furniture assembly, or handyman work is preferred, but not required.
