Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks related to construction, maintenance, and installation projects. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The Helper will work closely with experienced tradespeople and contribute to a variety of tasks that may include carpentry, flooring installation, and fixture setup. Duties Assist in the installation of cabinets, fixtures, and flooring. Support carpentry tasks by preparing materials and tools as needed. Perform floor care activities including buffing and maintenance. Utilize schematics to understand project requirements and layouts. Apply caulking for sealing gaps in installations. Help with the assembly and building of structures as directed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations. Requirements Familiarity with schematics and basic construction principles. Skills in snap cut, grinder cut, flooring installation, highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks effectively. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction and maintenance.
