We are looking for experienced flooring professionals with hands-on expertise in epoxy resin, decorative concrete, coatings, and specialist flooring systems. The Role As a Resin Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for completing flooring installations from surface preparation through to final finishing. You will work with a variety of resin, decorative concrete, and specialist coating systems while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, cleanliness, and attention to detail . Our projects are frequently completed during night-time and out-of-hours periods to accommodate theme park and leisure operating schedules. Flexibility to work nights and occasional daytime shifts is therefore essential. Occasional travel outside the Orlando area may also be required for specialist projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare concrete and other surfaces through cleaning, grinding, profiling, repairs, and priming. Install epoxy resin and specialist flooring systems to a high professional standard. Install decorative concrete, stamped overlays, spray textures, and decorative coatings. Perform grinding, polishing, coating, sealing, and finishing work. Operate large grinding equipment, industrial vacuum systems, propane-powered equipment, and hand tools safely and efficiently. Follow company safety procedures, construction regulations, and industry best practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times. Ensure completed work meets a high-quality, show-ready standard suitable for theme park and leisure environments. Document completed work using a mobile application, including photographs, daily updates, time tracking, and job information. Properly maintain, transport, and account for company tools and equipment. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, clients, and other trades. Follow instructions quickly, accurately, and professionally. Requirements & Qualifications The successful candidate should have: 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in epoxy resin flooring, resin installation, decorative concrete, or a related flooring trade.

Practical experience with:

Epoxy resin systems Concrete grinding and surface preparation Concrete repairs Coatings and sealers Polishing Stamped overlays Spray textures Decorative finishes Good knowledge of flooring installation procedures, construction practices, and jobsite safety. Experience operating grinders, drills, industrial vacuums, trowels, scrapers, and other power and hand tools. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. The ability to maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude. The ability to lift at least 50 lbs . The ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, sit, climb, and work in physically demanding positions for extended periods. Reliable transportation. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Flexibility to work nights, days, and occasional out-of-state projects when required.
