Experienced Flooring & Cabinet Installer — Project-Based Opportunity An experienced Flooring & Cabinet Installer is needed.

Flooring Installation Experience should include:

LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring Laminate flooring Floating floors Carpet installation Proper floor preparation Accurate measuring and cutting Following proper flooring installation requirements and manufacturer guidelines Cabinet Installation Experience should include: Installing base, wall, and tall cabinets Accurately measuring and laying out cabinet installations Reading cabinet layouts and installation instructions Leveling, shimming, aligning, and securely fastening cabinets Installing fillers, panels, toe kicks, and trim Making necessary cuts and adjustments for walls, corners, and openings Installing cabinet doors, hinges, drawer slides, and hardware Working carefully around appliances and existing plumbing/electrical areas Identifying potential installation issues before beginning the work Requirements Previous professional installation experience is required Strong flooring and/or cabinet installation experience Experience with both flooring and cabinets is preferred Must have your own professional tools and equipment Must be able to measure accurately and work independently Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Must be able to complete projects within the agreed-upon scope and timeframe Must be able to communicate clearly about the project and any issues that come up Compensation This is NOT an hourly or daily-rate position. This is a project-based profit-sharing opportunity. Each job has a set price based on the scope of work , and compensation is based on the work required to complete that specific project. This opportunity is intended for an experienced installer who can complete quality work efficiently and professionally.
