Responsibilities Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal adhesion of epoxy coatings Mix and apply metallic epoxy materials following manufacturer specifications and project schematics Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to install flooring efficiently and accurately Read blueprints and schematics to interpret project requirements and ensure precise application of coatings Perform surface finishing tasks such as buffing, polishing, and sealing to achieve a smooth, glossy finish Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship Collaborate with team members on site to coordinate tasks, manage materials, and adhere to safety protocols Assist with other construction-related activities including caulking, trim carpentry, fixture installation, or restoration work as needed Experience Proven experience in flooring installation with a focus on epoxy or metallic coatings within the construction or restoration industry Strong background in construction site work, including blueprint reading and schematics interpretation Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for surface preparation and finishing tasks Knowledge of tile laying, concrete finishing, water damage restoration, or remodeling projects is highly desirable Familiarity with construction estimating processes and floor care techniques enhances your effectiveness on the job Experience working with schematics, fixture installation, caulking, trim carpentry, or cabinetry is a plus Prior handyman experience or construction painting background can contribute to versatile project support Join us to craft stunning metallic epoxy floors that elevate spaces from ordinary to extraordinary!
