In this role, you will oversee all aspects of remodeling jobs, from demolition to the final touches of craftsmanship. Your expertise will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to bring transformative spaces to life while working with a dedicated team committed to excellence and innovation in construction and remodeling. Responsibilities Complete remodeling projects from start to finish. Perform construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, cabinetry and trim carpentry. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete various construction tasks. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by implementing proper caulking, plastering, painting, restoration, hardscape installation, door hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, and other related tasks. Experience Proven experience in construction with a focus on remodeling projects. Hands-on experience with plumbing systems, electrical wiring (including schematics), carpentry (frame carpentry and trim), stucco application, flooring installation (including tile), concrete forming and finishing. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction inspection and site management.
