Full‑Time About Us We are a construction company specializing in cabinets, countertops, and flooring. We are looking for a reliable, skilled worker who can support both field and warehouse operations and is interested in growing into a superintendent role. Responsibilities Install cabinets, countertops, and flooring when needed Assist with warehouse tasks, material handling, and loading/unloading Able to speak Spanish (bilingual preferred) Travel to job sites as needed Support project teams with punch‑out, measurements, and job prep Learn company processes with the goal of becoming a superintendent Requirements Some experience in cabinets, countertops, or flooring Ability to work in the warehouse and travel when required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs Growth Opportunity This position is designed to grow into a Superintendent role. We will train the right candidate in project coordination, scheduling, quality control, and job‑site management.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
