Duties Assist with the installation of tiles, drywall, and other surface materials across residential and commercial renovation sites Prepare work areas by cleaning, measuring, and setting up necessary tools and materials for projects Apply plastering, caulking, and finishing techniques to ensure smooth surfaces and professional-quality results Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and accurately execute tasks Support framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, and metal stud framing activities as needed Perform painting tasks including surface preparation, drywall finishing, and airless paint spraying for interior and exterior spaces Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed and project timelines are met Skills Construction estimating experience is a plus for understanding project scope and material needs Strong construction site experience with familiarity in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation Proficiency in plastering, drywall finishing, tile laying, flooring installation, and masonry techniques Knowledge of plumbing systems including construction plumbing and water damage restoration processes Skilled in fixture installation, door hanging, trim carpentry, stucco application, and metal stud framing Experience in restoration industry practices such as mold remediation and water damage repair Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and other construction equipment safely Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship in all tasks performed This role is paid fully for all hours worked.
