Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Installer to join our team. Experience with Epoxy and/or Polyaspartic flooring systems is required. We looking for a candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and the qualities to help maintain our high standards on every project.

Responsibilities:

Install Epoxy/Polyaspartic flooring systems efficiently and to company quality standards. Interpret and follow detailed installation instructions provided by the company. Assist with installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications. Perform hands-on installation. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various installation tasks. Ensure all work adheres to company safety guidelines and protocols, contributing to overall project quality and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete daily work responsibilities. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors to ensure expectations are met. Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site as needed.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with power tools, construction, or related trade work is preferred. Experience with Epoxy and/or Polyaspartic flooring installation is required . Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
