Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (10-Hour Shifts, 3-Day Weekends!)

On-Site (Various Treasure Valley Job Sites) About the Role & How We Work Keeley Enterprises is booked solid with projects through January 2027 . We are hiring a Mid-Level Flooring Installer who knows subfloor prep, floor laying (LVP, laminate, sheet goods, tile), and trim work, and can work at an efficient pace.

Team Concept & Cross-Training:

While flooring is your core trade, our team works on all aspects of remodeling together . You will execute flooring phases, but you will also pitch in on whatever the job site requires—including demolition, drywall patching, painting, cabinet setup, or general maintenance. We provide hands-on cross-training across all trades so you can grow your craft in a steady W-2 environment.

What You'll Do Core Specialty:

Execute clean, fast installations of LVP, laminate, sheet vinyl, tile, subfloor prep, baseboards, and transitions.

All-Around Remodel Execution:

Assist crew members across all other remodel tasks (demolition, framing, drywall, painting, cleanup) to ensure jobs stay on schedule.

Production Pacing:

Work smart and fast to ensure flooring and remodel phases meet labor estimates.

App Tracking:

Record daily project hours and task updates using Contractor Foreman .

What We're Looking For Mid-Level Experience:

1-3 years of professional flooring installation and subfloor prep experience.

Adaptable Work Ethic:

Eager to lead flooring tasks while willingly supporting all other trade work on active job sites.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license, reliable personal work vehicle, and legal U.S. work authorization.

Compensation & Perks Hourly Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00/hr (DOE) + regular overtime opportunities.

Tool Assistance:

We help our techs purchase their own tools after 90 days of employment! 4-

Day Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (3-day weekends every single week).
