Approximately 30 Hours Per Week We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Flooring Installer. Previous flooring experience is preferred but not required . We are willing to train the right person who already has a solid construction background and is comfortable working with tools and measurements. Experience in flooring installation, finish/trim carpentry, framing, tile installation, or similar construction trades would be a great fit for this position. What We're Looking For Previous construction or trade experience Comfortable using hand and power tools Able to read a tape measure accurately Good attention to detail and quality workmanship Able to work independently once trained Willing to ask questions when instructions or situations aren't clear Dependable and able to show up on time Able to work efficiently without constant supervision Willing to learn our installation methods and quality standards Ability to perform the physical requirements of flooring installation, including kneeling, lifting, carrying materials, and working on your feet Schedule & Work Conditions This position averages approximately 30 hours per week . Work begins at the jobsite at 7:30 AM and the workday ends when the scheduled job is completed. Most days we finish between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM , although finish times can vary depending on the size and requirements of the job. Because this is new construction, the jobsite will change regularly. Applicants should be comfortable working at different new construction homes and traveling between jobsites as needed. This is a physically active, hands-on position. Flooring installation involves frequent kneeling, bending, lifting and carrying materials, and working on your feet. New construction jobsites can also be dusty and may vary in temperature depending on the stage of construction. Position Details Work will primarily consist of flooring installation in new construction homes. Duties may include material handling, job preparation, installation, trim/detail work, cleanup, and other tasks associated with completing flooring installations. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to become a valuable, long-term member of our team.
