In this Hardwood Flooring Installer/Finisher opportunity, you'll help create exceptional results through precise installation, finishing, and repairs. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Hardwood Flooring Installer/Finisher position include: 6+ months of hardwood flooring installation experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate Prepare subfloors by leveling, applying moisture barriers, and ensuring the floor is ready for installation Apply adhesive as needed for installation Measure and cut wood flooring to fit each space accurately Install various types of wood floors and patterns Sand, stain, and provide color samples per client requests Remove, repair, sand, and refinish damaged areas, and perform maintenance (sand and finish) Inspect work for quality control, address on-site issues or communicate with the team lead, and follow safety protocols

Salary:

$20-$34/hour, depending on experience.
