Flooring installers are the front line of Floor Coverings International, executing on our quality and craftsmanship at each job. Trades Needed We're hiring independent contractor installers in the following specialties: Floating Floors (LVP, laminate) Carpet Tile Hardwood Sand & Finish You don't need experience in all five — indicate the specialty (or specialties) you install when you apply. We especially value deep, specialized expertise — installers who are true masters of their craft in one category — but we're glad to hear from those skilled across a couple of these as well. Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Jobs are priced per piece/task by area, and installers agree to a total job price before work begins — you're quoting and completing full jobs, not working hourly.
