Boss Carpet One is seeking a precise, experienced Measure Technician to support our Freeport sales team. This is a critical "Right Person, Right Seat" role designed to allow our top sales professionals to focus on closing while you handle the technical accuracy of the project footprint.

What You'll Do Precision Measurement:

Visit residential and commercial job sites to perform accurate room measurements and layout assessments.

Site Evaluation:

Identify subfloor conditions, transitions, and potential installation obstacles before the crew arrives.

Documentation:

Provide clear, detailed sketches and notes for the sales team to ensure accurate bidding and minimal material waste.

Professional Representation:

Act as the face of Boss Carpet One in the field, providing a professional and courteous experience for our clients.

The Details Schedule:

6 to 15 hours per week (Flexible based on lead volume).

Pay:

$20.00 per hour.

Equipment:

Company vehicle provided for all business travel.

Requirements:

Previous flooring experience is mandatory. You must understand how different products (carpet, LVP, hardwood, tile) are installed to measure correctly for seams and waste factors. Why Join Us?
