We are seeking a versatile, hands-on individual to assist in the full lifecycle of rental property renovations. You won't be doing just one thing; you'll be the "Swiss Army Knife" on our job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Demolition:

Safe removal of old fixtures and materials.

Drywall/Paint:

Hanging, taping, mudding, and professional finishing.

Flooring:

Installing LVP, laminate, or tile.

Light Trades:

Swapping outlets, installing faucets, and basic trim work.

Problem Solving:

Finding efficient solutions to "old house" surprises.

Qualifications:

3+ years in residential remodeling or maintenance. Owns basic hand and power tools . Reliable transportation and a "get-it-done" attitude. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
