Job Description:
As an Experienced Epoxy Installer, you will be responsible for installing our various epoxy systems while ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in epoxy installation and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for epoxy application, including cleaning, diamond grinding, sanding, and patching. Apply epoxy coatings according to company standards and specifications. Ensure proper mixing, application, and curing of epoxy systems. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise. Maintain equipment and tools in a clean and functional state. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while on the job site.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in epoxy installation (at least 3+ years preferred). Knowledge of different epoxy systems and their applications. Ability to read and interpret technical documents. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
