Mix and apply epoxy resins accurately according to project specifications and technical schematics. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, shape, and install flooring materials with precision. Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics to execute projects accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with all building installation safety standards throughout each phase of work. Conduct floor refinishing, buffing, and water damage restoration as needed to achieve flawless results. Coordinate with project managers and other tradespeople to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards. Skills Extensive experience in epoxy floor installation, including surface preparation and finishing techniques. Proficiency in construction estimating and interpreting technical drawings or schematics. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, drywall tools, caulking guns, and other building materials installation equipment. Knowledge of flooring installation methods such as carpet laying, vinyl floor installation, hardwood floor installation, tile laying, and floor refinishing. Familiarity with building material installation safety protocols and construction site experience. Ability to handle manual tasks such as drywall work, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, painting, concrete finishing, remodeling, buffing, and fixture installation. Strong understanding of blueprint reading and water damage restoration processes; previous experience in the restoration industry is a plus.
