Experienced Bathroom Remodeler Needed Bedrock Bath Pros is hiring an experienced Bathroom Installer to join our remodeling team. We are looking for someone who already has hands-on experience installing bathrooms for a professional bathroom remodeling company. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who understands the full bathroom installation process and can produce clean, professional work while representing our company well in customers' homes. Compensation $1,500-$4,000 per week , depending on experience, productivity, and the type of projects completed. Responsibilities Complete bathroom remodel installations from start to finish Remove existing tubs, showers, surrounds, vanities, flooring, and other bathroom components Install shower bases, tubs, wall systems, vanities, fixtures, trim, flooring, and related materials Perform basic carpentry and framing modifications as needed Make accurate measurements and complete installations according to project specifications Properly waterproof and prepare shower and wet-area installations Troubleshoot issues that arise during remodeling projects Maintain a clean and organized work area Protect customers' homes during demolition and installation Communicate professionally with homeowners and our project team Complete projects efficiently without sacrificing workmanship Required Experience Previous professional bathroom remodeling/installing experience is required Experience working for a bathroom remodeling company strongly preferred Must be comfortable completing bathroom installations with limited supervision Strong knowledge of bathroom demolition, installation, waterproofing, finish work, and remodeling techniques Ability to read measurements and follow project plans Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to identify and solve problems that arise during remodeling Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Dependable, professional, and able to communicate well with customers and coworkers Must be able to perform the physical requirements of residential remodeling work Ideal Candidate Our ideal installer has worked in the bathroom remodeling industry and understands that a successful installation is about more than getting the job done quickly. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and wants the finished bathroom to look great when the customer sees it.
