Previous experience with power tools and basic home improvement projects is a must, with preference given to those with experience doing framing, drywall, flooring installation, finish carpentry or window installation. Qualified applicants will have a track record of exceptional workmanship, but with humility and integrity. Competitive pay starting at $15-20 per hour depending on experience, with opportunities for advancement. Full time employees also receive paid time off, paid holidays, mileage reimbursements, and other perks. Normal schedule requires 40 hours per week, but some overtime may be available upon occasion.
