This role involves installing and maintaining high-quality turf surfaces to meet client specifications. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel within Kansas, take direction well, and be committed to delivering excellent results in outdoor environments. Duties Install new turf surfaces according to project plans and specifications Prepare sites by clearing, leveling, and ensuring proper soil conditions for turf installation Use appropriate tools and equipment to lay artificial turf efficiently and accurately Follow safety protocols during all phases of installation Travel within Kansas to various job sites as required Take direction from supervisors and adapt to different project needs Assist with site cleanup and maintenance post-installation to ensure quality standards are met Requirements Must be willing to travel within Kansas for job assignments Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly during installation tasks Must be coachable, able to take direction, and work well within a team environment Prior experience in turf installation or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards Physical stamina and outdoor work resilience are essential for this role
