- ZINTEX Remodeling Group is hiring experienced acrylic shower and bath installers in the Wichita area.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for skilled installers who can complete bathroom remodeling projects from tear-out through final detail work. Installers must be set up with their own truck, enclosed trailer or full-size van, and tools. We provide pre-sold, scheduled jobs and local production support. Installers do not have to chase leads, bid jobs, or sell projects. The focus is completing high-quality shower and bath installations inside customers' homes. What You'll Do The Acrylic Shower & Bath Installer will be responsible for completing residential bathroom remodeling projects, including: Performing tear-outs and demolition of existing tubs, showers, and wet areas Installing acrylic shower and bath wall systems Installing shower pans, bathtubs, surrounds, and related wet-area products Completing tub-to-shower conversions Installing or connecting plumbing valves, PEX, drains, fixtures, and accessories Handling drywall repair, trim, caulking, and finish work Completing related upgrades such as flooring, cabinets, countertops, or other project-specific items when required Taking accurate measurements and using standard power tools safely Maintaining a clean and respectful workspace inside occupied homes Communicating professionally with homeowners Following ZINTEX installation standards and job documentation requirements Delivering high-quality work that meets company and customer expectations Why Contractors Work With ZINTEX Pre-sold jobs scheduled for you No chasing leads No bidding jobs Weekly pay every Friday Consistent bath and shower project volume Strong earning potential for experienced installers Local production and office support Premium bath products and materials Opportunity for individual installers and small crews Clear installation standards and project expectations Possess a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education. Possess 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction or in-home renovation experience with the ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level & combination square. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and maintain a good driving record.
- Basic plumbing knowledge preferred.
- Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.).
- Ability to lift and/or push and/or pull up to 100 pounds.
Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. Possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Possess reasoning ability enabling you to understand and carry out detailed written, illustrated or oral instructions. Problem solver. Personal Enclosed Trailer preferred; but not required.
