Schleuter certified preferred, but we will send you to get certified if not. We are looking for take charge individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate tile and flooring installation. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary materials for a proper instll. Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, lay out, and secure flooring materials according to ntca standards. Follow building installation safety compliance standards diligently to maintain a safe working environment on-site. Requirements Proven experience in high end installation. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to read blueprints, interpreting details accurately is essential. Manual handling skills for lifting heavy materials safely while maintaining proper ergonomics. $26.14 - $31.48 per hour
