Job Overview The Olde Mill is growing, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Flooring Salesperson to join our new Covington location. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, builders, designers, and contractors; with a passion for flooring and design. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors Help customers select flooring, tile, and related products Prepare estimates, quotes, and orders Develop and maintain customer/builder relationships Follow up on leads and sales opportunities Work with vendors and installers to ensure projects run smoothly Help maintain an organized and professional showroom The Ideal Candidate Flooring sales experience preferred Knowledge of flooring, tile, installation, and construction is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Self motivated and goal oriented Ability to manage multiple projects and customers Professional appearance and attitude Experience working with builders, designers, or contractors is a plus Compensation Salary plus commission opportunity based on performance This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing company and help build our new Covington location from the ground up.
