Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects Measure, cut, assemble, and install various wood and drywall components using hand tools and power tools for woodworking Apply paint, stain, or other finishes with brushes or spray equipment to enhance surfaces and protect materials Install flooring, siding, cabinetry, doors, trim, and fixtures with precision and care Perform masonry work such as concrete forming, rebar installation, and stone laying when required Conduct restoration tasks including water damage remediation,plastering, and general repairs Operate woodworking machines safely for fabrication and custom woodwork projects while adhering to power tool safety standards Assist in heavy lifting and material handling to ensure efficient workflow on construction sites Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of work to maintain a secure environment for yourself and colleagues Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on residential carpentry, framing, drywall installation, or remodeling projects Ability to read construction plans and interpret technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, CNC machines (if applicable), and woodworking machines Knowledge of wood construction materials including siding, trim carpentry, cabinetry components, and flooring materials Experience with metal stud framing, drywall finishing, caulking, , and fixture installation Strong understanding of power tool safety practices.
