Because we work 50-60 hours a week, a technician at $20/hr can earn over $1,300 per week (including overtime). We provide the hours; you provide the hustle.

Daily Responsibilities Surface Prep:

Operating industrial diamond grinders, shot-blasters, and HEPA vacuums.

Coating Application:

Mixing and applying Epoxy, Polyaspartic, and Urethane systems.

Polishing:

Mechanical concrete polishing and honing to high-gloss finishes.

Detailing:

Hand-grinding edges, crack repair, and joint filling to ensure an "Extraordinary" result.

Job Site Care:

Maintaining a clean, professional environment in high-end residential and commercial sites. What You Need to

Succeed Physical Strength:

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long shifts in various weather conditions.

Reliability:

You are the type of person who is "early" when you're "on time."

Mechanical Aptitude:

Comfortable with power tools and machinery.

Attitude:

A "no-excuses" approach to quality and teamwork.

Travel:

Willingness to travel to job sites within a 50-70 mile radius of Harvey. Requirements Reliable transportation to our Harvey headquarters and surrounding areas - you are paid for travel past normal commute. Previous experience in concrete, flooring, or construction is a major plus, but we will train the right person with a strong work ethic. Entry-level work is available and the potential to make this a career is up to you!
