Overview:

We are seeking a Flooring Installer- laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in installing carpet and vinyl flooring to include trim work and caulk application. If you have a background in the restoration industry or remodeling, we encourage you to apply. We will provide on the job training.

Duties:

• Install various types of flooring materials including carpet and laminate
• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
• Prepare surfaces for installation by removing old flooring, cleaning, and leveling
• Inspect and repair damaged flooring
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Skills:

• Experience in caulk application for sealing joints and seams
• Familiarity with drywall repair and restoration techniques
• Knowledge of building materials and construction methods
• Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must be able to gain access to Fort Johnson military base.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 50+ pounds.
• Capable of independent and group work.
