Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hardwood Flooring and LVP or LVT Installer/Subcontractor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, refinishing, and restoring hardwood floors as well as installing LVP with precision and care. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. All work is paid, and safety compliance is a top priority. Duties Measure, cut, and install hardwood flooring according to project specifications and technical drawings Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and repairing surfaces to ensure optimal installation conditions Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to install flooring, trim, and related fixtures. Perform floor refinishing tasks such as sanding, buffing, sealing, adding polyurethane. Handle manual tasks including caulking, trim . Ensure all work complies with building installation safety standards and industry best practices Skills Extensive experience in hardwood floor installation, floor refinishing, and restoration industry standards Skilled in hardwood installation, vinyl floor installation, and repairs, rip outs of old flooring Ability to operate hand tools (e.g., saws, chisels), power tools ( sanders etc.) Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and building installation safety compliance requirements Strong manual handling skills for lifting heavy materials and working on elevated or awkward surfaces Experience with remodeling projects involving construction, weaving in new wood, installation, Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship in flooring installation!
