• Install various hearth products according to specifications and instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete installations
• Ensure that installations are completed accurately, efficiently and to code
• Inspect finished installations to ensure quality and adherence to standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise during installations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area ```Skills```
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, stove manuals and instructions
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
