Carpet and Hard Surface Field Service Te Medford, MA Apply We are hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Field Technician to perform commercial carpet and hard surface cleaning. This hands-on role includes operating professional equipment in a variety of client spaces. You?ll be part of a close-knit, high-performing team with opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities:

Clean commercial carpet using low-moisture, environmentally safe methods Perform floor care services including scrubbing, buffing, and stripping Inspect surfaces for stains or problem areas and treat accordingly Maintain equipment and organize supplies Communicate clearly and professionally with clients on-site Work independently or with a team to complete assigned work Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

Experience in carpet or floor cleaning preferred Familiarity with auto scrubbers, low-moisture systems, and buffing machines Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work Valid driver?s license preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
