Full time| Monday-Saturday Luxe Flooring is a growing hardwood flooring company serving homeowners throughout Massachusetts. We specialize in high-end hardwood floor installation, sanding, refinishing, and stair work. We take pride in quality craftsmanship, professionalism and treating our employees with respect. We are looking for an experienced flooring installer/sander who wants steady work and takes pride in doing the job right. What You'll Do

• Install solid and engineered hardwood flooring
• Sand and refinish hardwood floors
• Install stair treads, risers, nosing and trim
• Install LVP and laminate flooring when needed
• Prepare subfloors and job sites
• Apply stains, sealers and polyurethane finishes
• Load/unload materials and maintain tools
• Keep job sites clean and professional
• Communicate respectfully with customers and coworkers. Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of hardwood flooring experience preferred
• Experience with sanding and finishing is a major plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Legal authorization to work in the US
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
