We are looking for an experienced Lead Installer / Foreman who can take charge on job sites and lead a crew installing high-quality epoxy flooring and polished concrete systems. This is an opportunity for a skilled installer to step into a leadership role with strong earning potential.

$25-$30 per hour (depending on experience)

Lead crews and grow with a rapidly expanding company What You'll Be Doing As a Lead Foreman, you will manage day-to-day installation on commercial and industrial flooring projects.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and supervising epoxy flooring installation crews Installing commercial epoxy flooring systems from start to finish Operating concrete grinders, polishers, and dust extraction equipment Edge grinding with 5" and 7" grinders Installing polished concrete systems Installing integral cove base and performing epoxy repairs Ensuring jobsite quality, safety, and productivity Coordinating with project managers and general contractors What We're Looking For This position is ONLY for experienced installers with commercial flooring experience.
