Feature Flooring, Inc. is looking for an experienced Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our commercial installation team. We install high-performance resinous flooring for restaurants, hotels, nursing homes, industrial facilities, and other commercial and institutional customers. Our work includes hand-troweled, broadcast, squeegee/rake applied, self-leveling, and other resinous flooring systems. This is skilled work for someone who knows how to prep a floor, mix products correctly, run the tools, and take pride in getting the job done right. You will meet the crew at our Edgewood shop, travel together to jobsites, help keep our shop and equipment in good shape, and share driving duties for our company box trucks. What We're Looking For Proven experience installing epoxy or resinous flooring Ability to properly measure, mix, and apply products according to manufacturer instructions Knowledge of floor cleaning and surface preparation Ability to read basic floor plans and scopes of work Experience with grinders, trowels, drills, saws, rakes, squeegees, and other hand and power tools Ability to lift 70+ lbs. A good attitude and the ability to work well with a crew Pride in your work and satisfaction in seeing a job well done Willingness to work nights, weekends, varying schedules, and occasional overnight travel Why Feature Flooring? Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 50.0 per week
