What the Job Involves Preparing concrete surfaces for floor coatings Using grinders, vacuums, hand and power tools Lifting and carrying heavy materials and equipment Standing, bending, and kneeling throughout the day Working indoors and outdoors in all seasons, including hot and cold weather Keeping tools and jobsites clean and organized Following our installation process and safety procedures Working closely with the crew to complete quality projects What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and physically capable of demanding work Comfortable working outdoors year-round Willing to learn and follow instructions Good communication and teamwork Honest, trustworthy, and respectful Attention to detail and pride in your work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Interested in growing with the company Construction, painting, concrete, flooring, remodeling, fabrication, warehouse, or other hands-on experience is a plus, but not required .
