We are an established regional flooring company with consistent, year-round volume across Maryland, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia. We have immediate openings for reliable, professional 1099 subcontractors for both residential and commercial installations.

• WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Carpet Installers:

Stretch-in, glue-down, stairs, and commercial carpet tile.

Hard Surface Installers:

• Luxury Vinyl Plank & Tile (LVP / LVT)
• Laminate Flooring
• Sheet Vinyl / Resilient Flooring
• Hardwood (Nail-down, glue-down, engineered, and floating) (Single-trade specialists or full-service crews capable of both carpet and hard surfaces are encouraged to apply.)

• WHAT WE PROVIDE

• Steady, consistent weekly workflow throughout MD, DC, and VA. Pre-measured, pre-sold projects (no sales responsibilities). Clear, transparent pay rates with prompt payment upon verified job completion.

• REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in flooring installation (Carpet and/or Hard Surface). Own reliable work vehicle (van, truck, or enclosed trailer). Own full set of professional installation tools for your trade. General Liability Insurance (or ability/willingness to obtain prior to start). Clean job-site habits, quality craftmanship, and professional conduct.
