Foothills Flooring & Tile is looking for experienced independent installers and installation crews for residential and commercial projects. You must be able to install carpet AND at least one other flooring type , such as luxury vinyl plank (LVP), hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, or porcelain or ceramic tile. The Work

• Planning and estimating: Read construction plans, drawings, and installation specifications; verify measurements and estimate labor and material needs.
• Surface preparation: Remove existing flooring; clean, level, and repair subfloors as required by the agreed scope.
• Quality installation: Install carpet and other agreed flooring types to manufacturer requirements, with careful layout, precise cuts, and clean transitions and trim.
• Safety and cleanup: Use hand and power tools safely, follow jobsite safety requirements, protect the property, and leave a clean work area.

Communication:

Coordinate with Foothills and customers to meet agreed schedules. Flag moisture concerns, material problems, and scope changes before proceeding with affected work. What You Bring

• Proven CARPET installation experience , plus experience with at least one other flooring type; recent project photos and references.
• An independent installation business with your own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation; ability to manage your own crew, if applicable.
• Professional communication, respect for customers, and follow-through on agreed schedules and commitments.
• Proof of general liability insurance and any workers' compensation coverage required for your business and crew.

Additional skills welcome, but not required: Custom tile showers, linoleum, epoxy coatings, concrete grinding or finishing, floor refinishing, buffing, or flooring-related water damage restoration. Contractor Arrangement This is a project-based, 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position. Scope, pricing, payment terms, and project schedules are agreed upon in writing before work begins. Contractors choose which projects to accept, manage their own work and crews, and remain free to serve other customers. We are looking to build long-term relationships with installers who do quality work and stand behind it.

Up to $110,000.00 per hour
