If you have an eye for detail, take pride in your craftsmanship, and are ready to start ASAP, this is a great opportunity. Contractors are paid weekly based on the amount of work installed. Responsibilities Install luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring according to manufacturer specifications and project requirements. Prepare subfloors by leveling, sweeping, and removing old flooring materials or debris as necessary. Measure, cut, and fit vinyl planks accurately around obstacles, doorways, floor vents, and custom layouts. Install appropriate underlayment and finishing materials, including baseboards, transitions, and shoe molding. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, respecting clients' homes, properties, and schedules. Communicate effectively with the project manager and customers regarding project progress and any on-site adjustments. Qualifications Prior experience in vinyl plank, laminate, or hard surface flooring installation is required. Must possess your own standard flooring tools (saws, pull bars, tapping blocks, measuring tools) and reliable transportation to job sites. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and work comfortably in physically demanding positions (kneeling, bending, squatting). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
