GO FLOORING

is seeking an experienced Flooring Installation Contractor to install a variety of flooring products, including: Carpet Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP/LVT) Hardwood Laminate Tile Our ideal contractor is reliable, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project. Responsibilities Install flooring in residential and new construction projects according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. Remove existing flooring when required. Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, repairing, or applying appropriate adhesives and underlayment. Move furniture and appliances as necessary to complete installations. Install carpet, hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl, and tile flooring. Apply adhesives, grout, trim, transitions, and finishing materials as needed. Ensure all installations are completed accurately, securely, and with exceptional attention to detail. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Review completed work with customers to ensure satisfaction. Collect customer payments when required. Represent

professionally while providing outstanding customer service. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of professional flooring installation experience required. General liability insurance required. Experience installing multiple flooring types preferred. Ability to read measurements and perform accurate calculations. Strong knowledge of flooring installation techniques and industry best practices. Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges and work independently. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred. Why Join

$75,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year Application Question(s): How many people do you have on your team? Do you work with carpet, hardwood, LVP, LVT, tile and laminate? Are you willing to travel at least 200 miles from Clinton Township, MI Warehouse? We do compensate for travel Do you hold Workers Compensation and General Liability insurance?
