About Us:
We polish and seal concrete floors and install overlays, epoxy, and resinous flooring systems. Our work is done in factories, warehouses, and other large buildings. We take pride in doing the job right, keeping a clean worksite, and helping each other as a team.
Job Description:
We are looking for hardworking people who want to grow in the flooring trade. You'll help prepare and finish concrete floors using grinders, polishers, and coating systems. Some experience in flooring, concrete, or construction is great — but we will train the right person.
What You'll Do:
Help with setup, cleaning, and preparation of floors Run floor grinders and polishing machines (with training) Apply coatings and sealers Load and unload tools and materials Work safely and follow instructions
What We're Looking For:
A good attitude and willingness to learn Dependable transportation to get to jobs Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet Experience with flooring or concrete (a plus but not required)
