Job Description
About Us We are a quality‑driven flooring company specializing in luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and hardwood installations. Our projects range from upscale residential remodels to premium commercial spaces, and we pride ourselves on craftsmanship, professionalism, and a seamless client experience. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Flooring Installer with a proven track record installing luxury LVP flooring and hardwood flooring to high standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Install luxury LVP flooring (glue-down, click-lock, floating systems) with precision Install hardwood flooring (pre-finished, unfinished, engineered) including cutting and fitting.
Perform floor prep:
leveling, grinding, moisture testing, underlayment installation Remove existing flooring and handle jobsite cleanup Read and interpret project plans and measurements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate professionally with clients and team members Ensure all work meets high-end quality standards Requirements 2+ years professional experience installing LVP and hardwood flooring Strong knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and materials Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience with stair treads, transitions, and trim is a plus Ability to problem-solve onsite issues Basic math skills and tape measure readings Reliable transportation Pass a background check Pass a drug test Preferred (Not Required) Experience with custom hardwood finishing Experience with luxury remodels or high-end clients Knowledge of moisture mitigation and subfloor repairPay:
