Compensation :
$25 - $30 per hour. Purpose We are seeking a skilled and dependable Flooring Installer to support high‑quality flooring installations across a variety of commercial projects. The Flooring Installer is responsible for installing multiple flooring types, preparing surfaces, ensuring accuracy and durability, and maintaining a safe and professional jobsite environment. Key Responsibilities Install various types of flooring including tile, wood, carpet, and specialty materials Perform floor preparation tasks such as leveling, sanding, and surface repair Ensure all installations meet company standards for quality, accuracy, and durability Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring correctness and cost‑effective execution Arrive on time and ready to work at assigned job sites Follow instructions and communicate clearly with field leaders Cooperate with team members and assist with additional tasks as needed Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and courteous manner Maintain a productive workflow with minimal downtime Inspect completed work and report any issues to the Field Leader or Superintendent Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions Adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and jobsite conditions Follow all jobsite safety protocols and company safety standards Complete additional tasks as assigned to support project success Qualifications Proficiency with flooring tools, materials, and installation techniques Basic knowledge of floor leveling and surface preparation Strong math skills and ability to read measurements accurately High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Dependable, safety-conscious, and professional in demeanor Must provide and maintain personal hand tools (power and specialty tools provided) Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and ladder climbing Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen. Travel Requirements Reliable transportation required to travel between job sites
