The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, installing terrazzo flooring systems, grinding and polishing finished surfaces, and ensuring high-quality workmanship on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities Prepare subfloors and surfaces for terrazzo installation. Mix and apply terrazzo materials according to project specifications. Install divider strips, aggregates, and terrazzo toppings. Operate grinding, polishing, and finishing equipment. Repair and restore existing terrazzo floors as needed. Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately. Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times. Work effectively with project managers, supervisors, and other trades. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Requirements Previous experience installing terrazzo flooring (preferred). Experience with grinding, polishing, and finishing concrete or terrazzo surfaces. Ability to read plans and follow project specifications. Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Reliable transportation to job sites. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial flooring projects. Knowledge of epoxy and cementitious terrazzo systems.
