The ideal candidate will have Carpet installation experience. This role requires proficiency in using power tools and performing various construction tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Carpet with Hard surface experience is a plus. Please Read This Please do not apply if you don't have over 1 year of Carpet Installation experience. If you are able to become a asset and increase our daily volume, then your pay rate will increase. We do have a 90-day probation assessment period where your paid fairly while we assess your value and experience. We also assess your work ethic, communication, ability to show up, and chemistry with the rest of the crew to see rather you can be an asset to the team. If this is a match then we can talk pay, and your value plus explore growth opportunities. Responsibilities Measure and cut carpet materials to fit designated areas accurately. Install carpet using appropriate techniques, ensuring a smooth and secure fit. Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or underlayments. Collaborate with managers to ensure that you are doing quality work. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing routine maintenance as needed. Follow safety protocols while working on-site to ensure a safe environment for yourself and others. Assist with other construction-related tasks as required, including LVP, Hardwood, Carpet tile installation. Requirements Proven experience as a Carpet Installer or in a similar role within the flooring industry. Ability to be teachable and catching on to daily tasks. Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively. Familiarity with additional skills such as hard surface installation. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
