Primary Responsibilities:

Running pre-set in-home sales appointments Performing flooring measurements and evaluations Presenting flooring products and design options Educating homeowners on materials, installation, and warranties Following our structured sales process Attending weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions Ensuring a professional, high-quality customer experience from start to finish

About You:

Comfortable working inside customers' homes Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Able to work independently and manage a schedule Personable, confident, and professional Detail-oriented with strong listening skills Able to lift/carry flooring samples (30-50 lbs.)
