About Us Cutting Edge Concrete Coatings is a small locally owned buisness with room for growth with the company that installs custom and high-quality epoxy flooring and specialty coating finishes for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We work with a variety of systems including flake floors, concrete staining and sealing, metallic coatings, custom overlays, and stone trowel down systems. Position Overview We are hiring a full-time Epoxy Coatings Technician with preffered 1-2+ years of epoxy flooring or related experience . This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable on construction sites, capable of running surface prep equipment, and interested in long-term growth with our company. Key Responsibilities Prepare and coat concrete surfaces for epoxy and specialty flooring systems Install finishes including metallic epoxy, flake floors, and trowel downs Operate grinders, polishers, and other surface prep machinery Perform detailed hand troweling when needed Maintain job site cleanliness and follow safety procedures Work with the team to complete projects on schedule and to company standards Learn and adapt to new products and application methods Qualifications hard worker looking to grown into a strong position of value Concrete finishing or hand troweling experience preferred Able to operate prep machines and use hand tools effectively Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable, safety-conscious, and a team player Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join Us Competitive pay with opportunities for raises Room to advance into crew lead positions as we grow Consistent work with a variety of project types Supportive work environment
