Job Description

Are you hardworking, dependable, and ready to build a career in quality craftsmanship? Nichols Wood Flooring is looking for a full-time team member to join our growing company. We specialize in hardwood floor installation, sanding, finishing, and repairs, and take pride in delivering top-notch results for our clients.
Position:
Full-Time Flooring Installer / sand and finisher
Location:
Three Rivers, MI Schedule:
Monday-Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
Pay:
Based on experience, with opportunities for growth
Responsibilities:
Assist with installation, sanding, and finishing of wood flooring Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized job site Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and with quality workmanship
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
